Selected highlights from an editorial feature shoot for SOUTH Magazine and renowned Chef Francois Ferreira at the Francois Ferreira Academy in George, South Africa.

The aim of the shoot was to illustrate the process of creating a summer inspired, Festive Filled Leg of Lamb Roll with accompanying recipe in the summer issue of SOUTH Magazine.
