The Van Onselen family loves spending time together in nature, and they recently visited the Serpentine River in Wilderness, South Africa to capture some beautiful family portraits. We walked around in between the reeds, where the sunlight filtered through the leaves and created a magical atmosphere while casually taking portraits in between.

I joined the Groenewald family at their home in George, Garden Route. The family was all smiles as we explored their backyard, taking in the beauty of the surrounding mountains. We captured a variety of poses and expressions, from candid moments to more formal portraits. The Groenewalds were naturals in front of the camera, and I could tell that they were enjoying themselves.

These adorable twins celebrated their birthday in style! The Du Toit twins were photographed in a forest near their home in George, South Africa. The natural light and lush greenery of the forest create a stunning backdrop for the twins, who are dressed in matching outfits.

The Van der Zwan family recently returned to Leisure Isle in Knysna for their annual holiday family portrait session. It's always incredible to see how much the kids (and the dogs!) grow in one year, and it's an adventure to photograph these documentary sessions.
