Day in the Life documentary family shoot – Getz Family

It’s no secret that day in the life sessions are my favourite. There is something incredible about the raw, yet honest way of shooting a full documentary session with a family. Virtually no direction, only some planning beforehand and then we let the moments happen through interactions, emotions and adventure.

I joined the Getz family on a part of their South African Adventure in the Garden Route. We started with a laid-back afternoon session in Wilderness and ended an afternoon of adventure and exploring at the tidal rock pools near Sedgefield. It is always a privilege to shoot these sessions and amazing to work with a fellow Fearless Photographer.
